My Story- Rajman Sir
"I didn’t choose teaching. Teaching chose me."
I still remember the first day, it was 2063 BS just after my SLC, an unknown student came to my house and asked me for teaching him tuition. He was also a grade 10 or SLC student. Without thinking so much, I moved ahead and taught him because I was a bright and fresh student who recently passed the SLC Exam in the 1st Division. And after some days he came with his two other friends, Neither I thought nor I took any charges or fees. I taught them for free. Later on, many students joined with me for tuition classes.
"This is more than a career — it’s my calling. And I’m just getting started."
Back then, in 2064, a newly stablished school called me for teaching in primary school. I started with the, primary level, teaching children.
My journey as a teacher began teaching primary level students, guiding tiny minds to dream big.

And on the background I was continuously taking tuition classes for grade 10 or SLC Students every year because the result was excellent.
🌟 My Journey – From Classroom Corners to Student Hearts🌟
Later on, I wanted to quite tuition classes and focused on to build my career in a single path. But in 2065, a collage friend of mine came to my house and asked me to work in a group. Eventually, I established my tuition center. This is all because of students' love and support. The name of our institution was kept "Star Education Academy".
Step by step, I moved ahead — from primary to secondary level, classroom to classroom, child to child — learning as I taught, and growing as they grew.

I have been through many obstacles and problems. But Every smile I received, every "Thank you Sir, Namaste Sir" every spark of understanding in a student's eyes — became my reward.
" Rajman Education — A Journey of Passion & Purpose"
After a decade of my experience, one day I was sitting on a staff room alone during my leisure period – one of very deep insightful thought hit me and enlightened me to follow my passion and digitalize teaching. After of hard decision, finally I quitted my job and I founded institute *Rajman Education Foundation* to turn on my visions into reality along with a journey of passion & purpose. It was 2075 BS.
" Exciting and Crazy Students to read in Rajman Education"
Students were very exciting and crazy to read tuition in our institute. Many of students were coming from everywhere around of our locality and from far regions. But some of foxes were born to stop it. They are washing their hands to stop me. But I am still running my institute.
As years passed, I moved ahead — from primary to secondary level, from blackboards to whiteboards, and now from whiteboards to digital screens. I’ve seen education change. I’ve changed with it facing many obstacles. But one thing has stayed the same:
**My belief that every child can rise, if they get the right guide.**

Today, I run SEE Tuition Hub on my YouTube Channel Rajman Education, where I help students prepare for their most important exams. Through YouTube, online classes, and offline support, I continue to do what I love — teach, inspire, and guide.
I don’t just teach formulas, facts, or definitions.
I teach confidence. I teach discipline. I teach the power of belief.
There were times the journey was not easy and still now — obstacles, lack of resources, challenges in technology, and the pressure to do more. But I never gave up. Because I believe: "A good teacher doesn't just teach the syllabus — he changes lives."
